Returns Information

Changed your mind? Not quite right? Don’t worry, we understand. You can return your online purchase up to 20 days from delivery.

Unicorn Workwear operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original packaging within 20 days from the date of delivery.  We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any garments that have been personalised, embroidered or printed with text or logos.We offer a sample logo for your approval before we go ahead with adding any decoration for your peace of mind. If you are unsure of your size, we offer a request a sample option for you to try for size and return before decorating.

If returning an item, please ensure that it is in its original packaging and all tags and labels are still attached. In order for the return to be processed the item’s packaging will need to be in a resalable condition, so please open the items carefully when they are received.

Due to hygiene, safety or security reasons certain items, unless faulty, cannot be returned. These include, swimwear. underwear & hosiery.

REFUNDS A refund will usually be given within 10 working days from receipt of your parcel and will either be made directly to the card used for the original payment or as a credit to your account.

A refund will not be possible if:

Items are returned later than 30 days from receipt of your order (unless faulty).Items are bespoke or have been embroidered/printed according to customer instructions.Items have been worn, altered or damaged from personal use.The item is returned without the correct paperwork for us to process the return.The item is a clearance item (unless faulty).

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS If you think there is a fault with the items you have received please email us first sales@unicornonline.net. Please do not return faulty items until we have contacted you.
